I am really loving baking bread! Not the kind of bread that I used to make (occasionally) but this yummy, good for you bread that I get to bake now with my Nutrimill and Bosch! I can’t believe how quickly my tastes have completely changed! “Regular” bread tastes awful to me now. I can’t believe some of the sandwich bread we used to buy.... yuck! Now that we are able to bake bread with our own freshly milled flour, our bread has substance and taste! And the bonus of it being so healthy! Even the boys are pretty well changed over. When they smell the bread in the oven they come running in to see what kind I am making. Then, when it comes out of the oven, they fight over the ends of the loaves. Everyone in this house likes the crust! :) I think the cinnamon raisin bread is my current favorite. I love it for breakfast and for a snack. We go through it pretty quickly, as a matter of fact. For sandwich bread my favorite is the Spelt with potato water. And boy oh boy does that bread make a terrific grilled cheese sandwich!!! I am loving baking bread!
