Tomatoes

Our garden is not doing well at all this year.   Every year when we plant, I have such high
hopes!   But, between the lack of rain, extremely hot temperatures and (admittedly) our own neglect.... it just isn’t doing very well.   However, we are beginning to see signs of tomatoes to come.   We have several plants with small green tomatoes on them - makes my mouth water just to think about when they ripen!   But today when I checked I thought I saw a tiny speck of red hidden under a big squash leaf.   Sure enough.... I was able to harvest 7 little grape tomatoes!!!   Yay!!   Not much, but it is a beginning!
