Baking

Today was a baking day for Synergy Bakery.  Primarily, I made Cinnamon Rolls today.  Not a bad way to spend your time, eh?  :)  I always have to make more than are ordered because my guys like to sneak some.

Tomorrow afternoon I am having a “Holiday Shopping Spree” open house here at home.  It is my annual open house showcasing Pampered Chef, Usborne Books, Arbonne International and, new this year, Synergy Bakery.  It is always a fun afternoon and it allows folks to get a head start on some Christmas shopping - plus we get to sit around and visit and eat yummy treats!  This year the treats will be from the bakery.  I will be serving Cinnamon Raisin bread, Herb bread (with dipping oil), Oatmeal bread and Honey Whole Wheat bread.  I will also have Pumpkin cookies, Monster cookies and Cinnamon Rolls.  All of these are, of course, made with freshly milled whole grain flour.  I can’t believe how good that makes this stuff taste - and even the sweeter treats aren’t really bad for you. What a deal! :)

Hopefully, I am back to being able to blog regularly again.  I have been having a lot of trouble with my server the last week or so - making uploading anything nearly impossible.  It seems to be better now.... crossing my fingers it stays that way!
