Hamburger Pie




Hmmmm...... Jonathan really loved this.  Only he and I ate it because I made it the night that Marvin and Jackson were at the Livestock Symposium.  I thought it was ‘okay’.  I think if I work on tweaking it a bit more I would like it better.  But, that would probably make Jonathan NOT like it as much.  sigh....
It WAS quick and easy!

Hamburger Pie
1 can of biscuits
1 pound of ground beef, browned with onions
BBQ sauce
shredded cheddar cheese 

Press the biscuits in the bottom of a pie pan - seal the edges together to form a ‘pie crust’.  Mix the BBQ sauce with the browned beef and onions.  Pour into biscuit shell.  Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and golden and the pie is heated through.
