We enjoyed an afternoon at the Kern's house on Saturday, meeting their family from California, visiting and laughing, and of course, eating! :) It was such a treat to visit with Renee's Mom, sister and brother and we have been thinking of them constantly since the beautiful snow fell! I know they are enjoying it and am so glad it came while they were here to see it. :)
While we were there Blaine and Renee presented Mama and Daddy with a lovely photo of the administration building on the campus at Redlands, CA. What a special gift knowing that this university has special meaning to their family and appreciating the connection with our family. What a great family to have in Kirksville!
