Burritos

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup choppped onion
1 (16 oz) can refried beans  (we like to use De’Etta’s Moosewood Refried Beans)
1 - 2 Tbsp. Pampered Chef Southwestern Seasoning  (to your taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can mild enchilada sauce
Shredded cheddar/jack cheese
10" flour tortillas

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over med heat, stirring until it crumbles; drain well. Stir in onion and seasoning; add 1 cup enchilada sauce.

Warm tortillas in microwave until soft. Do not overheat. Spoon about 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto each flour tortilla. Fold in opposite sides;
roll up burrito-style. Place in 9 x 13 pan.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese and drizzle remaining enchilada sauce over top as desired.  Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until heated through.
