Here is a super simple, fairly low calorie fruit salad that you can throw together at the last minute. It really is yummy!
Bananas - sliced
Grapes - halved
Strawberries - sliced
Canned pineapple chunks - minus juice
(do reserve some of the juice,however)
Sugar Free Cool Whip (amount desired)
a container of your favorite low calorie yogurt - I used Vanilla this time, but the possibilities are endless. :)
Mix all together - using however much Cool Whip and yogurt you like - then I drizzle in a bit of the pineapple juice - again, however much you like,
This is really good and quick. But do eat it all! It is NOT something that will keep in the fridge.
